THE WORK: The work includes:

• Understanding the purpose of the desired analysis and its requirements. 
• Identifying the sources of raw data and the granularity of information needed.
• Developing technical frameworks to filter, extract, and combine the raw data so it can be used for analysis.
• Building systems to hold and provide speedy access to the transformed data. 
• Assessing the quality of the transformed data.

REQUIRED: Applicants must be very strong in the following skills: 

• SQL 
• Data pipeline building/maintenance
• CI/CD experience
• Experience working in cloud environments 
• Cloud-based data stores
• Relational databases 
• Python or other scripting language

DESIRED: In addition, it would be great if you had some background in: 

• Any industry! They all need Data Engineers 

COMPENSATION: Varies depending on client, location, and level of experience.
