Our client, a technology-led pharmaceutical consulting and solutions provider, is leaning on us to provide them with some super-strong Pharma Analysts and Analytics Managers to work with their Boston-based Pharmaceutical client. THE WORK:  The work includes leading high-impact data analytics initiatives across digital, medical, and commercial operations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare domains. This role is ideal for candidates with deep expertise in healthcare analytics, data science, and omnichannel digital strategy who can effectively bridge technical and business functions.


LOCATION: This client is located in Boston and will require the chosen candidate to be able to work onsite in Boston periodically. They will consider covering relocation expenses for strong candidates.


MODE: This is a full-time, permanent position


REQUIRED: Applicants must have or be very strong in the following: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

  • 4 - 12+ years of experience in analytics within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries, with a focus on commercial, digital, or medical data analytics.

  • Proficiency with analytical tools like Tableau, PowerBI, R, Python, SQL, and familiarity with data management tools such as AWS, Talend, and third-party pharma datasets (IQVIA, Veeva, etc.).

  • Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in leading analytics teams, with a strong track record in project management and Agile methodologies.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and best practices for data governance.

DESIRED: In addition, it would be great if you had some background in: 

  • Experience with social listening tools, media analytics, and omnichannel measurement frameworks.

  • Exposure to tools like SA 360, Brandwatch, and Sprinklr for digital channel analytics.

  • Previous experience in a media agency or pharmaceutical analytics consulting environment. 

  • Background in pharmaceutical sales force and patient analytics, digital marketing, and commercial data integration.
